Berlin plays host to Champions League final
The German city of Berlin will welcome 70,000 fans for club football’s showpiece event, the UEFA Champions League final between Juventus and Barcelona tomorrow night.
And for those lucky enough to be in the city with a ticket for the big match, the helpful people at Visit Berlin have provided spectators with a handy guide map which includes details on how to get to the game and meeting points for the two sets of fans.
The guide can be downloaded in Italian and Spanish as well as the English version in the link below.
Even if you don’t have a ticket for the game, Berlin looks like it has been pulling out all the stops to keep their expected extra visitors entertained and there are a number of open-air venues and bars where you can catch all the action and atmosphere.
And if, after all the excitement of the final you’re all ‘footballed’ out, there’s always Berlin’s Currywurst museum to discover!
The museum features all you need to know about Berlin’s favourite snack – what’s not to like?
